Who we serve
Four rooms where the wording has consequences
We are not a general-purpose translation shop. Each of these buyers has a different definition of what 'correct' means, and we work to theirs.
01
Government & public sector
Federal procurement requires that contracts, tender documents and related correspondence be drafted in Arabic, with English permitted as an alternative. That single rule generates a permanent, structural demand for English–Arabic work of a quality that will survive being filed. We work to the conventions of the receiving entity rather than to a house style, and we are candid about which documents require a translator registered with the Ministry of Justice and which do not.
- Policy, regulation and circular translation, into and out of Arabic
- Tender documentation and bid material against real deadlines
- Interpreting and accessibility at ministerial and public events
- Terminology held consistent across departments and across years
02
Law firms & in-house counsel
Legal deadlines are not negotiable and legal language is not approximate. We work with litigation teams on filings, evidence and judgments, and with transactional teams on agreements that will be read adversarially. Where a matter moves between the financial free zones and the onshore courts, the translation requirements change — sometimes to a two-day window — and we plan for that at the outset rather than discovering it on the day.
- Pleadings, evidence bundles and witness statements
- Judgment and order translation on short procedural deadlines
- Agreements, disclosure and due diligence material
- Court and hearing interpreting, briefed on the file
03
Corporate & financial
Groups operating across several UAE entities accumulate linguistic drift: the same policy, the same statutory term, the same job title, rendered three different ways because three different people commissioned three different translations. We work at group level, from a maintained termbase, so that what a regulator reads in one entity's filing matches what they read in another's.
- Board packs, minutes and governance documentation
- Regulatory submissions and compliance material
- HR policy and employment documentation across the group
- Investor and annual reporting, with terminology held stable year to year
04
Events & congress organisers
Event organisers do not want to manage four suppliers for one room. We quote the whole language package — interpreters, booths, consoles, radiators, receivers, a technician, and captioning or sign language where accessibility requires it — so there is a single party accountable when the room fills. We work to the current ISO standards for interpreting environments, and we will tell you before you sign if the venue you have chosen cannot support what you have planned.
- Simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, on site or remote
- Booths, consoles, radiators and receivers to current ISO standards
- Live captioning and sign language for accessibility requirements
- Pre-event terminology and speaker briefing
