Legal & certified translation

Contracts, pleadings, corporate records, powers of attorney, regulatory filings — delivered to the standard the receiving authority applies, not the standard that is convenient.

A legal translation is not judged by how well it reads. It is judged by whether the authority receiving it accepts it, and by whether it still means the same thing when someone hostile reads it closely two years later. Those are different tests from the ones a general translation has to pass, and they are the ones we work to.

We start from the destination. A document going to a notary, a court registry, a licensing authority or a foreign embassy each has its own conventions of form, certification and wording, and getting those wrong costs a resubmission and a deadline. We ask where the document is going before we quote, and we tell you plainly when what you need requires a translator registered with the UAE Ministry of Justice.
