Arbitration language support

Hearing bundles, exhibit indexing, agreed bilingual terminology between parties, award translation, and interpreters who have read the file before the hearing.

Arbitration compresses an enormous amount of language work into a short window, and the terminology fights are usually settled long before the hearing. Getting a bilingual glossary agreed between the parties early removes an entire category of argument, and it makes every subsequent translation faster and cheaper.

We work to the rhythm of the proceeding rather than to a generic project plan: bundles when bundles are due, witness statements as they land, and interpreters who have read the pleadings rather than arriving cold. Awards are translated with the care of the document they are — the one everyone will read most closely.
