Conference interpreting

Simultaneous and consecutive, on site across the Emirates. Booths, receivers and technician supplied as one package — quoted whole, not assembled by you.

Most of what goes wrong at a multilingual event is not linguistic. It is a booth that does not meet the standard, a radiator that does not cover the back of the room, receivers that ran out at delegate ninety, or an interpreter who was sent the agenda the night before. We quote the whole package precisely so there is one party accountable when the room fills up.

We work to the current standards rather than the withdrawn ones: ISO 17651-1 for permanent booths, 17651-2 for mobile booths, 17651-3 for hubs. And we staff two interpreters per language as a minimum, rotating every twenty to thirty minutes. That is a professional requirement, not a line to optimise — a client who asks us to supply one interpreter for a full day is asking us to fail in the second hour.
