Translation & interpreting · United Arab Emirates

Said as said.Written as written.

A translation and interpreting firm for documents and proceedings that will be relied upon — before courts, ministries, regulators, tribunals and boards. Every translation revised by a second qualified linguist before it leaves us.

Two

Linguists on every written deliverable. Translation, then independent revision. Never one pair of eyes.

Named

Accountability. You know which linguist produced your text and which one revised it.

Nine

Working languages, with the rare pairs most firms in the Emirates cannot staff.

Written

Confidentiality undertakings from every linguist who touches your file. Not just employees.

What we do

Language work where the stakes are documented

We are built for the file that gets filed, the hearing that gets recorded, and the contract someone will litigate. Not for volume.

01

Legal & certified translation

Contracts, pleadings, corporate records, powers of attorney, regulatory filings — delivered to the standard the receiving authority applies, not the standard that is convenient.

02

Conference interpreting

Simultaneous and consecutive, on site across the Emirates. Booths, receivers and technician supplied as one package — quoted whole, not assembled by you.

03

Remote simultaneous interpreting

Purpose-built RSI for hybrid and virtual events, plus native support for the interpreter consoles in Zoom and Microsoft Teams, where most real meetings actually happen.

04

Arbitration language support

Hearing bundles, exhibit indexing, agreed bilingual terminology between parties, award translation, and interpreters who have read the file before the hearing.

05

Linguistic expert opinion

Independent review of a disputed translation, with a reasoned written opinion on accuracy, register and material divergence. Prepared to be read by a tribunal.

06

Terminology management

Your entity names, statutory terms, product names and house style, held as a maintained bilingual termbase. The second job is cheaper and more consistent than the first.

07

Machine translation governance

Independent evaluation of automated translation you already use: error typology, risk classified by document type, and a written policy on where it is and is not acceptable.

08

Media & subtitling

Subtitling, voice-over scripting, campaign transcreation and social localisation — adapted for the region rather than translated at it.

09

Retained language desk

A fractional in-house translation function: fixed monthly fee, defined turnaround, named linguists who learn your material. For teams that need language every week.

Who we serve

Four rooms where the wording has consequences

Government & public sector

Ministries, authorities and regulators, where correspondence and contracts run in Arabic and the translation becomes part of the record.

Law firms & in-house counsel

Litigation and transactional support on real deadlines, including judgments that must be served onshore in Arabic within days.

Corporate & financial

Board material, policies, regulatory submissions and employment documentation, kept consistent across every entity in the group.

Events & congress organisers

Conferences, summits and delegations. Interpreters, booths, receivers and accessibility supplied as one contract and one point of contact.

How we work

Four steps, and none of them is optional

01

Scope

We read the file before we price it. Document type, receiving authority, register, deadline, and the confidentiality tier that governs how it is handled. This is also where we tell you if the job needs something we cannot provide.

02

Translate

A named linguist qualified in the subject field, working with your termbase and translation memory rather than a generic glossary. Every linguist on your file is under a written confidentiality undertaking before they see a page of it.

03

Revise

A second qualified linguist compares source against target in full. A separate person, always. This is the step most of the market quietly skips, and it is the single clearest difference between a translation that holds up and one that merely reads well.

04

Release

Final review, formatting matched to the source, and delivery through a channel with an access log. Your termbase is updated so the next file starts ahead of where this one did.

Send us the file. We will tell you what it needs.

Standard document translation is priced immediately. Anything certified, urgent or spoken gets a human response within two working hours — and if we are not the right firm for the job, we will say so.
